Mitigation Procurement Systems
MPS was founded in 2010 by Dr. David Robinson to provide advice and support to agencies and organizations responsible for producing timely compensatory mitigation for unavoidable impacts to wetland and stream systems in accordance with environmental permit conditions.
Dr. Robinson is available to speak to agency staff on the pro's and con's of different procurement systems, and provide services such as developing organizational plans and procedures, training staff, and implementing and evaluating programs.
